Like many retailers, we guarantee the products we sell. If purchased at Boutique art Inca item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with Boutique art Inca.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are charged in addition to the selling price of the products and are based on order. Note that you can have free shipping on purchases over $ 100 (Canada only).

Shipping Policy

The order will be prepared as soon as possible after acceptance and confirmation of your payment. The delivery time may vary:

2 to 5 business days for Province of Quebec;

5 to 10 business days for Canada

Around 15 business days for world.

Boutique art Inca cannot garantee this delay since this is related to postal services. Delivery times are purely indicative and any delivery delays are not entitled to the buyer to claim damages.

There is no delivery on weekends and holidays . We always use Expedited Parcel Canada Post to deliver products Boutique art Inca. All packages are insured for the total value of the purchase, and at no additional cost.

In case of return , due to a bad address entered by mistake on your part of the order online ( Post did not find you ) , or an oversight recovery of your package, you will repay transportation costs for returning your order.

Despite all the efforts and all the precautions taken when handling and packaging of our products, you must notify Boutique art Inca within 48 hours of receiving the product, if it reaches you in good condition. After this period, we will not be liable for any such product.

In the unfortunate event that you received a product that does not match your order, Boutique art Inca will ship the right product and resume the nonconforming no shipping.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them to us as specified in our return policy goods to exchange. The customer must pay the shipping costs to return the product and receive product that replaces the old one.

Inventory

Our inventory is updated automatically in real time. Should an error occur and that a product was not available, we would notify you promptly.
